If you have an account in The KU/NO Circle you can ask for that account, and the personal data held with it, to be deleted. There are two ways. Neither needs the app to be installed, and the first does not need you to be able to sign in.
1. By email — works for anyone
Write to hello@ku-no.com from the address on the account, with Delete in the subject. We reply within 30 days. No sign-in is needed.
Email a deletion request2. From inside your account
- Sign in as the person whose account is to be deleted.
- Type your handle to confirm, and send the request.
- You can cancel the request at any time until it is approved.
- Once approved, the account and its login are removed from every KU/NO site.

What is deleted
- Your login, email address, password hash, display name, handle and profile.
- What you wrote: posts, replies, reactions, group and direct messages.
- Photos and files you attached.
- Your progress: lessons, quests, goals, streaks and mood check-ins.
- Your conversations with KUNOBOT, the AI coach.
- Push notification tokens for your devices.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of purchases and refunds, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These sit with our payment processors and are never used to contact you.
- Server logs holding an IP address, for up to 30 days, for security and abuse prevention.
Before you delete
A paid membership is cancelled as part of the deletion — you do not have to cancel it first. A physical order already in production still ships, because it has left our hands. If you would rather keep the account and only stop paying, do that from your account instead.
What we collect and why is in the privacy policy for The KU/NO Circle.
